Your cottage or apartment will be ready from you from 3pm.

In York, earlier entry is not possible.  Until 3pm  the parking spaces and access to the apartments is always required by either ourselves or the housekeeping team. See below for full details.

On arrival day, your cottage will be open and a family or staff member will be on site to greet you and give you necessary information.

On arrival day, both the electric gates and your cottage will be open.  We ask that you ring either of the indicated mobile numbers when you are about ten minutes away and one of us will go to High Barn to greet you and give you necessary information.

When your balance is paid you will be sent instructions as attachments to your final confirmation. These attachments give you detailed instructions about:

  • The code required to operate the electric gates
  • The entry code to the building
  • The entry code to your apartment.

We are not able to greet you in person, but we make a point of phoning you following your arrival to check that everything in the apartment meets your approval. The apartments are equipped with phones so we are always within reach.  01262 674932 or mobile numbers above.
